This recipe can be altered depending on taste!
1 head cauliflower rice (food processor)
1/2 cup oats
4 tbsp ground flax seed
2 tbsp italian seasoning
2 tsp garlic
1 tbsp herbs de provence
Put cauliflower rice in cheese cloth and ring out as much water as you can
Combine all the ingredients together
Spread out on pan, bake at 425 degrees until golden brown/crispy
Add cooked toppings
I used red onion, garlic, bell pepper, pepperoni, cheese, pizza sauce.
You could also do a specialty pizza with goat cheese or brie cheese with apples or peaches. SOOOO many different options!
bake until cheese is melted.
